Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
You may return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased from LAURENT poedagar under the following conditions:
Eligibility & Refund Conditions

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 100 days of delivery (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Condition: The product must be unused, in its original and unaltered condition, and include all original packaging as delivered.

Availability: All exchanges are strictly subject to current product availability.

Exclusions: Certain products, such as personalized items, are not eligible for return or refund.
Process

Authorization: Request a formal return authorization by contacting our dedicated support team at support@laurentpoedagar.com.

Inspection: Upon receipt, items will be thoroughly inspected by our workshop to confirm compliance.

Notification: Once the return is received and inspected, you will be formally notified regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Resolution: Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. For approved exchanges, we will proceed with shipping the replacement piece immediately.
Costs

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs and logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: Shipping costs will be fully covered by the atelier if the received item is verified to be defective or incorrect.
